"Booth disputes the offer was even made.“Nobody made an offer like that, because if they did, I would have taken it,” he says.""“I think the only acceptable outcome is a dismissal of all charges,” he says. “I won’t cop a plea for the 50 in a 35. [They] owe me so my faith in the justice system can be restored.”"True, he said that after they supposedly made the offer, but he's a moron if they offer you again and not take it. You have no evidence, and it's your word against the police's. A speeding ticket over a felony charge. Let your pride go and do what's best for you.
All language requires interpretation. Whether you curse in English or in Spanish, the manner in which you say the words and the context it's in are what's most important.Todos lenguas requiera interpretacion. Si tu maldices en ingles o en espanol, la manera en que tu hablas las palabras y el contexto esta adentro son los mas importantes.

I remember a time in school where I was taught that America had a policy of "Lets not ***** with other countries. Their problems are their problems, not ours, lets leave it that way."Good times.

A whole generation has been brought up by parents who thought that negotiating with their children and giving "time outs" was more effective at teaching discipline than a good old fashioned spanking and laying down the law. They grow up not learning that there are actual consequences for their actions until one fine day they ***** up big enough that society ends up teaching them that lesson by means of getting hauled off by the Police or having to pick their teeth up off the sidewalk. FTA: "his mother Elsa Castro says he was a good boy who'd never been in trouble before." "He's a good, intelligent boy who was raised right. All I can say is that I did my best."I rest my case..
I'm not good at science, but I don't think 2 guys would be able to make one...But we can... try....?I'm the male.!

I reckon folks should be held accountable for their actions, regardless of any certain predisposition.
