Anyone know who CinemaNow 's PR guy is? Clearly he can get the AP and NPR to publish press releases for them labeled as news stories. Seriously that is someone I GOT to hire. I figure next time I want to shaft someone, I can get all the positive press I want, hell.. I can get the news outlets to publish my stories straight up.-- Bernie Madoff
All this coming from a Met fan. I guess it really does take one to know one.

I think they need to figure out how to have artificial gravity in these things so you are not just floating around everywhere and losing muscle mass by the minute..
Well that and stopping the slide to socialism!

Wait, what? Are there people that actually think that if the pirate bay went down there would be no more torrents?...lolThese idiots seem to think they can *defeat* piracy by taking out the most defiant website, and seem to be worked into a frenzy by its continued survival. Here's a few facts for you idiots to digest at the riaa.#Piracy as you so lovingly named, will NEVER go away no matter how many websites you take out or people you litigate, as long as the internet is still around people will share files.#The pirate bay is just another website, they are popular because they are carrying a righteous flag and giving you the finger, removing them completely will achieve nothing and make martyrs of them, the day they actually go down will probably be marked by thousands of people seeding in unison.?
My Comment (-9 diggs, 2 replies) - on 09/23/2009: "Bikers: the Gayest group there is."I get dugg down, South Park says the same and gets dugg up.Where's the justice???I'm glad Parker & Stone agree with me and can't wait for this episode. |

Actually, abortions account for about 3% of their business. Most of what they do is provide women health services, like contraceptives. But, it is quite disturbing the lengths some of their activist go to, in order to "protect" women rights. For example, while late-term abortions are incredibly rare (when they were legal), I still find it disturbing that they continue to lobby for legalizing such procedures, when there isn't a medical necessity. Secondly, they are vehemently against mandatory waiting periods (24 hours) and notifying women of charities/services that will help them take care of their baby or find their child a suitable home; seriously, what harm can come out of giving women more options? Then you have some individuals, like Pelosi, who want government funds to pay for abortions. I am not religious... but I can not imagine mandating tax payer money to provide for abortions; a lot of people consider abortion murder.Despite this countries increasing apathy towards abortions, the rate is going down... no longer do we have 1.3 million abortions per year.

Unless you learn how to read Arabic and read the original, I won't bother arguing with your biased sources. There's a reason the Koran was never officially translated into any other language. It's one thing to misinterpret as these crazies did, but it's another thing entirely to take secondhand translations by sources with dubious agendas at face value.

I wanna see Avon and Dunlop back in it like in the good old days.A tyre war isn't a bad thing at all, teams having to buy and select their tyre company isn't a bad thing, it's just another small part of making up a good racing team.F1 isn't a spec series, it's about making the best you can out of the regulations you are given. All this obsession with parity does is spoil the essence of the sport. |
