These devices have always been a slippery slope. How quickly they went from an alternative to lethal force, to a compliance device or cattle prod for humans. It seriously blows my mind that we live in a day and age where the public generally accepts the fact that people are shocked into compliance by our police officers for as little as having a 'bad attitude' during a routine traffic stop..
I'd "lmgtfy" but I'm too lazy for that.It's basically a way of setting up closed social networks devoted to specific subjects or groups. I can see it being useful, but haven't quite found the utility for me personally yet.!
