I highly doubt there are 420000 billion gallons of water being traded every day. In addition, 1.4 gallons per person per day is also too low..
Although this is impressive, I think that the "Animal Minds" version that Vince Musi (Nat. Geo. Photographer) did years ago was way more interesting.!

Whidby Telecom.Their modem calls home, and can be controlled remotely. It uses a custom firmware. It throttles P2P traffic at the router/modem level. (Which also affects online games.)I have complained, and demanded that I be allowed to have my own modem. Their answer is no. And they are the only internet provider in the area, so I can't really threaten to switch.?

Uh, how about take care of him and be nice to him?? Treat him appropriately for his mental age? Get him involved in ALL the programs available for people with developmental disabilities, many of which are subsidized or free? Not to difficult. Lots of people do it. It's readily available info.
