Most of all, I want more studies done on the drug then we currently have, and I want them to be unbiased unlike our current ones. This plant has so many benefits besides recreational use. Surely even people that oppose legalization know about hemp, delicious seeds (If you ever get a bag of schwag or mids, try eating some seeds next time) and other great uses the plant has.

Where were you guys when Haliburton and Cheney did this, oh, 6 or so years ago? Last time I checked Gore is a private citizen now and Cheney was the VP of the Free World... As a private citizen you can invest money in anything you like. They're not even proposing a NERVA-style nuclear thermal rocket. They simply intend to power an ion thruster with the electricity from a nuclear reactor. Ion thrusters have been done before. Nuclear reactors in space have been done before. The only new part is powering ion thrusters with a nuclear reactor.
