I don't want people bribing cops, but was the officer really incapable of resisting the lure of a pizza? Shouldn't it be more illegal for a cop to take a bribe than it is for a citizen to offer one? And I said/emphasized "supposedly" because TFA states that the cop's in-car camera/microphone didn't record the first portion of the ticket, where the bribe allegedly took place. It's no surprise that Marvel is all about the movies now. And I can't blame them. As a purist who hasn't really enjoyed most of the film outings from the House of Ideas (though they have gotten a lot better lately) I'm totally cool with whoring out the characters on film to finance the more traditional medium.It's exactly like collectible card games.I hate magic, and the people who play magic. But they're personal addiction is the kind of money maker that keeps comic shops like my own (Comics-N-More in Madison Heights, run by my friend Chris Brown) in business.i.e. without those magic card crackheads spending their money to keep my comic book store open, no new comics, an by extension without Spider-Man 3 sucking huge balls, I wouldn't be able to read Amazing Spider-Man on a biweekly basis.So it's all fine by me.
