I agree with Nickleback & Oasis. Is Aerosmith still "rocking"? I assumed they were dead.
ONSP - No, you're wrong. All I'm saying is let's not extinguish species at a higher-than-natural rate. I'm not trying to save every last species like you claim. If we get back to a more natural extinction rate, then species will still die, as they always have...just not so unnaturally quickly. You completely missed that and went off on some extremist rant. Guess what, I don't go to church.

that still counts as all wheel drive...there are lots of AWD drive systems that send most of the power to the front or rear axle depending based on design but they are still AWD because they have the capability to send power to all wheels when necessary..
"Alarmed by a rise in people jumping to their deaths in front of trains, some Japanese railway operators are installing special blue lights above station platforms they hope will have a soothing effect and reduce suicides." Yeah that is the logical solution.. blue lights.here in south korea they've just installed glass walls and automatic doors at every station so you physically can't..but hey..a wall, blue lights.. its a logical choice..!

Freaking sideshows...?
Plain and simple? yea, its easier said than done. its much easier to jump start a healthy lifestyle by adjusting how you eat. Gaining muscle mass means you need to workout. I believe its a LOT tougher to get someone to workout than to adjust they way they eat. |

More likely around 8-10 years down the road, the Republican party will have evolved. They need to dump the lunatics. Ron Paul is a popular Republican, but he doesn't conform with what the Republican party is doing right now. But in the long run, we will still have a lot of problems (we always do). And since the Democrats are in power, they will take most of the blame. This always happens in politics, the pendulum swings back and forth. A problem occurs, and the party in power takes the hit for it whether they are responsible or not. Often they are responsible because politicians are inefficient and often idiots. I have a feeling that 8 years down the road, a hot topic would be massively increasing taxes and/or inflation as the ~60 trillion needed for Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, and other social programs for the next 30 years start becoming a problem. Not really Obama's problem, as this has been building up for many decades, but he will get heat for it.Also, remember the majority of Americans voted for Bush after they had him for one term. People knew exactly what they were getting. But now they all pretend that they never voted for him. Opinions change fast in politics.

A hoarder hoarder would hoard no amount of hoarder hoarders because a hoarder hoarder can't hoard hoarder hoarders.

Yes, this is pretty much how our legal system works. Offer stuff ahead of time as a general understanding (Political donations, Giving cops free stuff when they come into place, etc) is perfectly acceptable. Offering stuff after you've got into trouble = bribe.Yea its really the same thing, but they really WANT to take bribes, they just don't want to be accused of such. :) |
